Your data belongs to you. We collect only what's necessary, never sell personal information, and give you full control over your privacy settings.
01Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (account details, preferences, payment information) and usage data (listening history, device info, interaction logs) to improve your experience. We do not collect data from third-party brokers or data brokers.
02How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to personalize recommendations, process payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve platform performance. We never sell personal data to advertisers or third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics and research.
03Data Storage & Security
All personal data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Data is stored in SOC 2 Type II certified facilities with geographic redundancy. Audio files are stored in Cloudflare R2 with per-object access controls. You can request data export or deletion at any time.
04Third-Party Sharing
We share data only with essential service providers (payment processors, CDN providers, analytics tools) under strict data processing agreements. Artist analytics are anonymized and aggregated to protect listener privacy. We do not share data for targeted advertising.
05Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. You can opt out of data collection for personalization in Settings → Privacy. For GDPR/CCPA requests, contact our Data Protection Officer. Requests are processed within 30 days.
06Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts have personal data removed within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (financial records, copyright claims). Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely.
07Children's Privacy
Angel Tunes is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us for immediate removal.
